These terms cover your use of this website and the grooming services provided by Cooley Grooms LLC, doing business as Sarasota Grooming Company, 2051 Reynolds Street, Sarasota, FL 34231.

Booking and appointments

All grooming is by appointment at our salon. We do not offer mobile grooming. Please arrive at your appointment and pick up times, and call us if you need to reschedule. If you or your pet are not feeling well, please reschedule.

Your dog's health and safety

We groom dogs up to 70 lbs and cannot accept aggressive dogs. Please tell us about any health condition, injury, allergy or behavior concern before the groom. We may stop a groom if continuing is not safe for your dog or for us, and we will tell you why.

Grooming prices

Published prices are minimum prices and are subject to change. The final price depends on the groomer's evaluation of coat condition, pet health, the style you want and your pet's behavior. Payment is due at pick up.

Cooley Grooms LLC, doing business as Sarasota Grooming Company may send replies to questions you send us, appointment confirmations and reminders, review requests after a visit, and occasional offers such as discounts, promotions and service announcements.
